MEET THE COACH
Who am I?
Sport has been part of my life since the age of 4. I was able to make many experiences and it makes me the person who I am today. Have performed on national and international level and kept on going till today with a focus on recreational and health. I have been injured had to go throgh the ups and downs of a rehab.
Sports became my profession and I have been to the German Sports University in Cologne. I have been working together with Swiss Olympic Athletes and I am educating worldclass coaches e.g. in Russia and many arabic countries. I have seen all faces of sports, the good and the bad. That is why I am the right partner for you.
Flexibel, individual, authentic
I am adapting to the needs of my clients. Taylormade for your obejective I am creating a genuine training schedule. We workout at the place of your choice, outside, at your place or at my studio and we try to get the best out of the time we spend together. Ich passe mich den Bedürfnissen meiner Klienten an. Ausgerichtet auf das Trainingsziel, bekommt jeder sein eigenes Trainingsprogramm. Ich komme zu Ihnen, oder Sie zu mir und wir arbeiten mit Ihrem Zeitbudget. Nevertheless I have my own philosophy of coaching basing on my experience and education. And it is very unlikely to get me of that path.
Philosophy of coaching
Training is fundamental to initiate a developement. But as important as the workout itself is rest. My education has taught me which input on your body is necessary, my experience taught me when you need that bit more and when you need rest.
Mutual trust is essential.

Small, but equipped with all necessary tools. You won’t find “fancy” endurance machines, no machines which set up by putting a chipcard in a slot. I have all you need for a functional workout:
Barbells, weights, medicine balls, a rowing machine and a clock.
